2. Rock Band/Guitar Hero

Yes we know, Rock Band and Guitar Hero are two separate games but come on, they play very similarly to each other. Especially after Guitar Hero introduced the missing ingredients to cook up a band essentially. Either way, they’re an absolute party favourite and can accommodate the musical tastes of even the pickiest musical eaters.

While it’s fun tackling the stages on the highest difficulty, we suggest starting off on medium difficulty, given that stages become increasingly hard as you progress. This way, you’ll save a few guitars from being smashed against the wall, but then again, if you’re playing this stoned, that’s not likely the case.

PS: If you finish through the fire and flames on Expert, make sure to film it as no one in their right mind is going to believe you.

3. Fortnite

Not many games can make a cultural impact like Fortnite has. It seems that anyone and everyone with a PC and a hankering for a shooter shifted over to Fortnite. The game itself is simple, built off the PUBG Battle Royale model that pegs everyone in the map against each other.

You can also team up with a friend in duo mode and take on other teams. Build, destroy, conquer and making sure you survive is the name of the game.

4. Apex Legends

Not many video games with uber potential have the cajones to release a game lacking any marketing, trailer, release date or any announcement whatsoever. Apex Legends has gone and done what most wouldn’t dare, and they’ve smashed it out the park.

Sticking to the Mario theme, cause well, Mario is a fun loving guy that wants you to get stoned and play his games. Or at least that’s what we’ve gathered, there’s no scientific evidence backing this up at the moment.

Mario Party 3 for N64 is not even close to being the newest edition, they’re currently on Super Mario Party which is it’s 11th iteration, not including spin offs for handheld systems. But just like a fine wine, it’s aged better than expected. Mario Party 3 is our favourite and can easily be chalked up as one of the best.

It was the first to include a story mode, the ability to hold 3 items instead of 1 and included 70 new mini games. While we’re not experts in time management, playing all those mini games will take about a fortnight or two.
